Junior account manager – International customers

We are now recruiting a key person to our team in Luleå, Sweden that will work with sales and marketing.

Main duties and responsibilities

As a full-time junior account manager you’ll be trained on all of our products with the opportunity to generate business through the delivery of interactive presentations to prospective and existing clients. This position will fine tune your communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning.

You will be responsible for lead generation and pipeline building that uncover new business opportunities to fuel our growth. This is a ground floor opportunity for an enthusiastic hunter to use your outbound cold calling skills to generate leads from target accounts, marketing campaign respondents, inbound leads, trade shows and our installed base. Your goal will be to uncover opportunities and following them up together with the rest of the team.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Contact with decision makers on a daily basis.
  • Be a part of our event marketing team which includes participation at international conferences.
  • Promotion of our products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Prospect and develop leads via outbound cold- and warm calling to generate leads.
  • Manage, track and report on activities and results using our CRM system.
  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles and identify opportunities.
  • Qualify opportunities and pass off to appropriate team member.
  • Present and articulate range of our products and services.

Our work hours is Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm but other hours may apply because many of our customers are in different time zones. Though, you have the opportunity to plan those contacts yourself to suit your personal life.

Who are you?

To succeed in this position we believe you are in the start of your career in sales and is ready to work hard to learn our business from both a sales- and technical point of view. You are a sales focused individual with ability to understand and manage customer relationships. You have strong phone presence and verbal communication skills. You are a human and sales focused person with a technical interest.

You will get all the necessary training from us so you don´t need to have prior skills in the area.

For this position, we value your English skills (school-level is ok) and if you also speak Spanish it will be a bonus.
