Kęstutis has more than 10 years of experience in broadcast network planning and international frequency coordination from working in the regulatory authority of Lithuania.
From 1998, he was regularly involved in latest technologies, in the broadcasting field and participated in several Regional Radiocommunication Conferences where he took an active part developing procedures and criteria for international frequency coordination as well as many bilateral and multilateral international frequency coordination meetings. From 2004 to 2010, he was head of Radio & TV broadcasting division and was responsible for all regulatory activities, network planning as well as the switchover planning from analogue to digital TV.
Kęstutis joined PROGIRA® in 2010 where his vast experience in the broadcasting field allowed to improve Progira’s solutions and products.
Kęstutis holds a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (Telecommunication physics and electronics) in 1999 from the Vilnius University.
