PROGIRA welcomes Thai PBS to the PROGIRA plan family
PROGIRA and our partner in Thailand, International Research Corporation Public Company Limited (IRCP), are happy to announce that Thai broadcaster Thai PBS has acquired our broadcast network planning solution PROGIRA® plan.

The Thai Public Broadcasting Service or TPBS is Thailand’s first public broadcasting service. It was established by the Thai Public Broadcasting Service Act which came into force on 15 January 2008. Under this act, TPBS holds the status of state agency with legal personality, but is not a government agency or state enterprise.
TPBS operates Thai PBS which is a public television station broadcasting in UHF Channel 29. The programming by TPBS commenced on 1 February 2008, consisting of documentaries and children’s programs, commissioned by the Public Relations Department. Broadcast hours are from 05:00 to midnight, with five to six hours of news programs.
